POLICY for 1:1 Coaching Zoom Meetings:
1. Timeliness: It is crucial to be punctual for our Zoom meetings. Each session is scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and we have a lot to cover and discuss within that time frame.
2. Consequences of Lateness: If you are late, please understand that the meeting duration remains fixed at 1 hour and 30 minutes. Consequently, if we are unable to cover all planned topics, it may be due to tardiness.
3. Cancellation Policy: If you log into the meeting 10 minutes late or later, I reserve the right to cancel the session. This policy respects both my time and yours. Refunds or rescheduling will not be offered in such cases.
4. Rescheduling Requests: Should you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 72 hours notice. This allows me to manage my schedule effectively, as I dedicate 90 minutes specifically for your session.
5. Communication: If you have any questions or concerns regarding our meetings or scheduling, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
